Growth Ignition's visual brand identity was dated and was no longer in line with the future vision and goals of the business. It was not attracting the right clients. The existing Squarespace website also needed simplifying and streamlining to ensure the user experience was cleaner and easier to navigate.
Additionally and as a top priority, Growth Ignition recognised their SEO performance was not meeting its highest potential. So this was a key goal to achieve as part of the website redesign and development project along with ensuring website longevity.

Discovery strategy session
KSD started with a discovery strategy session covering the existing brand identity design and website. The first phase was to design a new visual brand identity and brand toolkit; including logo, logo variations, submark, pattern, colour palette, and font pairings. The visuals carefully considered Growth Ignition's background, target audience, and future goals along with ensuring colour and font psychology as well as providing clarity on design decisions.The Growth Ignition brand identity was then applied to social media collateral - Facebook and LinkedIn graphics, as well as a brand board for internal use. Once the visual brand identity work was signed off and complete KSD started work on the redesign of the Squarespace website. Starting with website wireframing.
Website wireframing
Website wireframing helped Growth Ignition to visualise the new user journeys mapped out by KSD and organise the pages and information in an easy-to-digest structured manner. We considered the longevity of the website and allowed room for a potential Member Area, Courses, and more to be added on over the next 12-18 months.Website design and developement
Whilst redesigning and developing the website we applied the newly designed Growth Ignition visual brand identity and set up Service pages that highlighted core details, case studies and testimonials. We also ensured the technical SEO of all pages was correctly done.KSD's signature process and excellent communication, along with our thorough research, and keen listening skills meant sign-off for each stage was a breeze.

Moving the Growth Ignition website from Squarespace 7.0 to 7.1 with Fluid Engine allowed us to review the information architecture, streamline the content, and develop a website with the user journeys in mind but also allowed us to ensure the technical SEO elements were successfully met.We also helped Jeremy and Growth Ignition leverage their thought leadership area, showcasing their expertise and drawing more people to the site as well as nurturing existing clients and providing more value via Courses which will potentially be added soon.
