A little background - The Courageous Collective podcast is a monthly podcast that celebrates diverse women business owners, who dare to do things differently. Created by comms expert and copywriter Rupa Bharadva and branding specialist Vardeep Edwards, the podcast features conversations with female creative founders about the stories behind their businesses. The pair decided to create the podcast after finding very few women like themselves, on podcasts, in magazines and speaking at events.
